On a Saturday evening for no apparent reason I lost complete power in my condo. After flipping breakers with no result, and then waiting 2 hours, SDGE arrived (after nightfall) only to tell me they couldn't help the situation, and to call an electrician.

I called Ben's Professional Electric and he was there in 10 minutes. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a blown circuit breaker to the house. Luckily for me, Ben carries parts and had a new circuit on his truck. Within 15 minutes I had power again - and my food was saved in the refrigerator. THANKS BEN for expert emergency service. Ben used his expertise to assist in the set-up for Relay For Life, the American Cancer Society's largest fund raiser. Ben was punctual, calm, certain of what needed to be done, and performed the necessary work perfectly. The event called for a generator to be set up, four very large lights to be set up, and complex electronics and sound equipment to be set up. Once set up, all of that equipment had to be tested and prepared for operation. Ben did this with confidence and all ran well.

While this was very routine work for Ben, the calm and reassurance he provided to those who were planning the event was immeasurable. It is due to the efforts like Ben's that the event went off without a problem.
